Workshop measuring tools
Measuring tools to improve work in the workshop. Measuring tools useful in crimping shops and workshops offering power hydraulics repairs. In the category below, we present the most useful everyday tools for anyone involved in power hydraulics ( hose crimping, repair of hydraulic components ) Our offer includes, among others: calipers designed for thread measurement, thread pitch gauges as well as ready-made sets of gauges for quick measuring ( checking ) of the thread type. Gauges available in versions for metric, inch ( BSP ), and American threads. Gauges enable rapid identification of internal and external threads. We also offer pins / drills for checking the correctness of crimped hydraulic hoses - they allow checking for the reduction of the fitting after crimping.
Analog and digital calipers
What is a caliper and what is it used for ? Suwmiarka is a precision measuring instrument that allows for the accurate determination of the length, width, depth and diameter of various types of objects. It is one of the most versatile tools in workshops and industry, used in mechanics, hydraulics, construction and many other sectors. The construction of a caliper is based on two basic elements: measuring rails and a movable jaw, which, by moving along the rail, enables measurement with high precision. Modern calipers are often equipped with digital displays, which further facilitate reading the results. Traditional vernier models, however, still enjoy popularity thanks to their simplicity and reliability. A caliper can be used for: measuring internal diameter ( e.g. in holes ), measuring external diameter ( e.g. of pipes or shafts ), measuring depth ( e.g. of recesses or holes ).
Thread gauge
What is a thread gauge and how to use it ? A thread gauge is a specialized measuring tool used to identify the pitch and type of thread in components such as bolts, nuts or hydraulic fittings. It is a key tool in mechanics and hydraulics, where accurate thread identification is essential to selecting the right parts and avoiding mismatched connections. A thread gauge consists of a set of blades, each with appropriately shaped teeth. Each blade corresponds to a specific thread pitch, allowing for quick and precise checking of the thread type. Metric, inch and other standard thread gauges are available on the market. Application of the thread gauge includes: Determining thread pitch in bolts and nuts. Selecting appropriate tools for threading or connections. Quality control in the production of threaded elements.
