Step 1 

Submit a statement of withdrawal from the contract (for this purpose, you can use our convenient product return form and send it by email or include it in the package, which will significantly speed up the procedure -  before sending it back, read below to see if you have the right to withdraw. 

Step 2 

Send the goods back at your own expense ( please include the form or information about who the package is from! ) You can send it via your own courier or use the link to the parcel dispatch (return) page

Wait for contact and refund by our accounting department (statutory up to 14 days - but it will be faster)

Right to return by the consumer 

A consumer who has concluded a distance or off-premises contract may withdraw from it within 14 days without giving any reason. The consumer may withdraw from the contract by submitting a statement of withdrawal to the entrepreneur. To meet the deadline, it is sufficient to send the statement to the address zwroty@hydron.com.pl 

Right to return by an entrepreneur 

According to current regulations, the right to withdraw from a distance contract also applies to a natural person running a business activity registered in CEIDG, if the contract concluded is not of a professional nature for them, in particular resulting from the subject of their business activity. For an entrepreneur running a business (does not apply to commercial companies) to be covered by the protection provided for consumers, one important condition must be met — the contract they conclude with the seller cannot be of a professional nature. What does this mean? In simple words... the contract cannot directly concern the industry in which the entrepreneur specializes. Because if the contract has a “professional nature,” then the entrepreneur will lose consumer rights. Note! the right to withdraw from the contract does not apply to all entrepreneurs! This right does not apply to entrepreneurs conducting business in the form of commercial companies, including in particular limited liability companies and joint-stock companies.

IMPORTANT: We are not obliged to accept a return if the goods were ordered (or manufactured) for an individual order (e.g. hydraulic hose with individual parameters with non-standard fittings, etc.). No right of withdrawal in respect of non-prefabricated goods, made to the customer's specification or intended to meet their individualized needs
