Orders placed through the store by 2:50 PM are shipped the same day. ( applies to days from Monday to Friday ).
95% of orders placed by 2:50 PM are shipped the same day. If the shipment is very urgent for you, please enter "MUST SHIP TODAY" OR "URGENT" in the comments when placing the order. If shipping such an order is not possible, the sales department will inform you by phone or email ( if no one contacts you, it means the shipment has been sent ). We do not ship goods on Saturdays. Personal pickup is possible on Saturdays.
Which company do we ship with?
The customer has the option to choose a courier. Depending on the type of goods ordered, we ship in packages or on a half-pallet, pallet. As for pallet shipments : Raben, JAS-FBG and others. Standard packages are sent via the following companies :
- GLS ( primary shipping company ),
- DPD,
- INPOST - PARCEL LOCKERS.
- It is possible to order your own courier.
How long does transport take?
The goods are usually delivered the next business day. ATTENTION ! Couriers have up to 48 hours to deliver the shipment - please keep this in mind ! Sometimes it happens that couriers deliver within 48 hours.
From where do we ship?
Goods available in the store are shipped from the central warehouse in Złotów ( Greater Poland Voivodeship ). It is possible to pick up the goods in person from the warehouse at ul. Kujańska 6a; 77-400 Złotów ( simply select personal pickup in the order )
Where do we ship?
We ship within the territory of the Republic of Poland and the EU. If you are interested in shipping outside the Republic of Poland and the EU, please contact the sales department, which will provide an optimal price offer for transport.
How to track the shipment?
After the shipment has been made, you will receive a tracking number at your email address, which allows you to locate it.

On the product page, you will find exact information about the time we need to prepare the product for shipment. We begin processing the order immediately after receiving payment. In the case of payment by traditional bank transfer, the order processing time is extended by the time needed to book the payment.
Order processing times may be longer during promotional campaigns.
Once your entire order has been completed, the package will be packed and handed over to the courier company. Delivery time depends on the chosen carrier, the type of shipment, and the recipient's address. Usually, it takes up to 2 business days. If you have chosen to pick up your order from a Paczkomat® InPost parcel locker, the shipment will arrive at your chosen point within a few (usually up to 5) business days from the moment of dispatch. On your email address, provided when placing the order, you will receive a shipping confirmation for the package.
