gbs-clamps-hydron-hose-clips

What are GBS clamps and how do they work? GBS hose clamps are high-quality mounting components used in various industries. They ensure durable and secure fastening of hoses, pipes, and tubes. Their design is based on a solid band that allows for even distribution of clamping force. This makes them an ideal solution in places where high strength and load resistance are required. We offer a wide range of clamps and clips used for fastening all types of hoses. We have a full range of clamps: from few-millimeter mini GBS intended for small hoses to large GBS clips several centimeters wide intended for suction and discharge hoses. Components made of standard steel (marked as W1) or acid-resistant steel (stainless W2, W5) - intended, among others, for the food and chemical industries or particularly aggressive environments.

Intended use of GBS clamps and clips

GBS clamps and clips are exceptionally durable and reliable components designed for fastening hoses, pipes, and tubes in various technical and industrial systems. Their main application is connecting and stabilizing hoses with other installation components, such as hose ends, nozzles, and connectors, ensuring the durability and tightness of connections. Example of clip usage: Car hose clips – They are a key element in cooling, fuel, and air systems in vehicles. They enable strong and tight fastening of the hose on a nozzle or end, preventing leakage of fluids and air during operation. Rubber hose clips – Dedicated to hydraulic, pneumatic, or water systems. Ideally suited for mounting rubber hoses on connectors or nozzles, where flexibility must be maintained along with a strong clamp.

The exceptionally durable construction and resistance to acids make them indispensable in extreme conditions, guaranteeing long-term reliability and secure fastening.

Parameters of hose clamps and clips

They are made of steel band with a width of 20 / 22 / 24 / 26 mm. The band is profiled upwards at the edges, which prevents damage to the surface of the fastened object / cutting /. The clamps are protected against corrosion by galvanic zinc plating. They are fastened with a metric hexagonal head bolt and two internal, solid pins, thanks to which they are characterized by high clamping force. They are used for fastening hard rubber tubes or reinforced hoses; they can be used multiple times. They serve for gas and liquid installation connections.

Strong steel clips

Steel clamps are used for connecting all types of ends with hoses (often found on car hoses). We put the hose clip on the hose into which we have previously inserted the end, then using a screwdriver, we tighten it until a good, tight connection is obtained. GBS clamps are strong clips characterized by very simple installation and very high band tensile strength. Steel clamps are especially recommended for use in very demanding applications where pressure force is high. Heavy-duty metal hose clips – thanks to being made of high-quality metal, they find application in demanding industrial conditions. They are used to connect hoses with machine elements, steel pipes, or connectors, guaranteeing resistance to high pressure and vibrations. Heavy-duty metal hose clips – Designed for heavy loads, they perform perfectly in construction and agricultural machinery, where solid fastening of hydraulic or pneumatic hoses on high-pressure nozzles is necessary. Metal screw-down clamps – Thanks to the possibility of precise tightening, they enable the fastening of hoses with a larger diameter, e.g., suction or discharge hoses, on pipe ends, valves, or connections in industrial and agricultural installations.
