2. Scope of collected personal data 

Providing personal data ( first name, last name, delivery address, invoice details, email address - data necessary for order fulfillment) by the customer  is voluntary, but in order to fulfill the placed order it is necessary. The scope of collected data includes : 

• first and last name, voluntary and necessary

• phone number ( optional ) 
• delivery address,
• invoice details,

• fulfillment of orders and sales contracts,
• maintaining a customer account,
• handling complaints and returns,
• contact with the customer,

Profiling does not occur. 

11. Cookie policy 

In accordance with § 13 of the store regulations the Seller uses Cookies. Cookies (from English „cookies”)  are IT data in the form of small files sent by the  Online store visited by the Customer. They are saved on their telecommunications terminal device i.e. computer, tablet, or smartphone . Cookies contain the name of the website from which they originate, the storage time on the user's terminal device and a unique number, which serves to identify the browser from which the connection with the Store is made. They aim to adapt the offer to their preferences, create statistics regarding visits to the  Store and provide appropriate advertisements. 5. The Customer may disable cookies in their web browser.

Commercial information in the form of a Newsletter  the Online store sends only to those  Customers who consent to it. This consent may be revoked at any time.
