METAL SHEET HOSE FERRULES 

Ferrules for air conditioning hoses / low-pressure hoses 

Crimp sleeves for air conditioning hoses ( so-called metal sheet ferrules ). Crimp sleeves for automotive air conditioning hoses available in various sizes, for hoses DN8 (5/16"), DN10 (3/8"), DN13 (1/2"), DN16 (5/8") in thin-walled or thick-walled versions. The connection between the fitting and the hose is achieved after crimping the ferrule onto the hose. Also suitable for crimping air conditioning hoses are thermoplastic ferrules. Metal sheet ferrules are ideal for crimping all types of low-pressure hoses such as air conditioning, fuel, gasoline, air, water hoses, etc. Due to their delicate structure, metal sheet ferrules can be crimped on a low-pressure hose press.

How to crimp metal sheet ferrules ?

This type of ferrules can be crimped on various types of crimping machines : on a low-pressure crimper, on an air conditioning crimper or on standard manual crimpers or electric ones
