AB (DKOL-CEL) DN25 hydraulic hoses (Fi 25 mm / 1") – crimped to size
AB type hydraulic hoses with an internal diameter of DN25 (Fi 25 mm / 1") are large-scale connectors designed for use in high-flow power hydraulic systems. The AB type configuration means the use of straight hybrid fittings: on one side there is a swivel nut with an internal thread (DKOL type), and on the other an external thread (CEL type). This configuration allows for the direct connection and extension of main supply lines without the use of additional intermediate fittings.
Application of AB DN25 hydraulic hoses
The DN25 diameter allows for the free transfer of very large volumes of hydraulic oil, minimizing flow resistance and preventing the system from overheating under continuous load. AB DKOL-CEL DN25 hoses are used in:
main supply and return lines of heavy construction equipment (crawler excavators, bulldozers, loaders),
large-scale agricultural machinery, combine harvesters, and forage harvesters,
heavy forestry machinery, HDS cranes, and handling equipment,
stationary hydraulic presses, large power units, and industrial installations.
Each hose in this category is crimped to the customer's individual order, allowing its length to be precisely matched to the requirements of your machine.
Advantages and quality of workmanship
Convenience of main line connections: the use of a nut on one side prevents the thick hose from twisting during installation, while the external thread on the other side allows for direct screwing into a socket or another system component.
Full tightness and durability: the professional crimping process on hydraulic presses using certified ferrules and fittings guarantees safe operation at high working pressures and hydraulic surges.
Durability in extreme conditions: the thick synthetic rubber cover protects the hose against mechanical damage, abrasion, UV radiation, ozone, as well as mineral and synthetic oils.
Detailed technical specifications (including allowable working pressure, type of braid, bending radius, and metric thread sizes) can be found in the description of each product.
