PREMIUM HDR DN25 2SN hydraulic hose is a high-pressure rubber line designed for power hydraulics installations. It has an internal diameter of 25.4 mm (1") and a working pressure of 165 bar (16.5 MPa). The two-wire steel braid construction provides reinforcement for the line during operation under pressure. The hose is made using synthetic rubber resistant to hydraulic oil, and its operating temperature ranges from -40°C to +100°C. The PREMIUM line can be used to produce finished hose assemblies with appropriately selected hydraulic fittings.

Application and technical characteristics

The PREMIUM HDR 2SN DN25 hose is designed for transporting hydraulic oil in agricultural, construction, and industrial machinery. It can be used, among others, in installations for excavators, loaders, forklifts, and lifts, provided the line parameters are consistent with the requirements of a given system. The DN25 diameter allows for selecting the line for installations requiring appropriate oil flow while maintaining allowable pressure losses.
