A characteristic feature of this type of quick coupling is practically zero oil leakage during disconnection and connection. For quick couplings to work long and trouble-free, it is necessary to protect the front surface by using a dust cap - this way we protect the quick coupling against dirt (sand, dust, grit and other contaminants) that can cause damage and leaks. Dust caps are selected according to the size of the quick coupling available sizes : 1/4", 3/8" and 1/2 ( the same size ), 3/4", 1". Dust caps made of plastic : polyvinyl chloride.
