Elbow connections for hydraulic pumps are specialized fasteners used in power hydraulics systems where there is a need for a perpendicular (at a 90-degree angle) oil flow discharge from the pump ports. The angled design facilitates safe and aesthetic routing of lines in limited space, preventing dangerous kinking and stress on pressure hoses.

Complete Mounting Kit and Construction

Each elbow connection is delivered as a complete kit ready for installation on the pump body. The kit includes:

• Four mounting bolts: arranged in a parallel configuration relative to the line/hose output, ensuring stable and even pressure.
• Seal (O-ring): dedicated to working with mineral oils and hydraulic fluids, guaranteeing 100% connection tightness.

Thread Types and Material Construction

Depending on the needs of the installation, we offer connections in two main thread systems:

• Inch system (BSP): equipped with internal (female) threads, facilitating the screwing in of appropriate connectors or fittings.
• Metric system: equipped with external (male) threads with a sealing cone, working directly with line nuts.

The standard manufacturing material is high-quality galvanized steel, protected against corrosion. Upon special request, we also provide connections made of Acid-resistant Stainless steel (AISI 316L), intended for operation in very difficult environmental conditions or in the chemical and food industries.
