Test hoses for pressure gauges 

Measurement technology. We offer test hoses for pressure measurement. Hoses in diameters DN2 or DN4 with operating pressure up to 630 bar. Our offer also includes measuring couplings and fittings as well as pressure gauges. We offer a wide selection of miniature elements for the production of test hoses, used for monitoring pressure in hydraulic systems: test hose ends for test couplings, hose ends for connections to pressure gauges, cone, standpipe, eye ends, ferrules for test hoses. 

Characteristics of pressure gauge test hoses

Test hoses are very characteristic hoses with a very small outer diameter and very high operating pressure. Measuring hoses come in various lengths : from several dozen centimeters to over a dozen meters. MSC measuring hose with operating pressure up to 630 bar. 

• Burst pressure: up to 1900 bar. 
• Working temp.: from -40°C to +100°C. 
• Internal diameter : 2mm, 4mm. 
• Material: - inner layer: polyamide, 
• Braid: kevlar or synthetic fiber , 
• Outer layer.: polyamide

Types of test hoses offered 

We offer measuring hoses in 3 versions : 

• minimes hoses / minimes ( internal thread connection m16x2 on both sides )  
• minimes / 1/4" ( m16x2 internal thread and 1/4 internal thread for pressure gauge on the other side ) 
• 5/8 BSF / 1/4" ( 5/8 BSF internal thread and 1/4 internal thread for pressure gauge on the other side )

How to choose the right test hose?

When choosing a test hose, several key factors should be considered. Type of measured signal – cables for voltage measurements must be resistant to interference, and those for temperature measurement should be characterized by thermal stability. Secondly, the working environment – in high temperatures or humidity, it is worth using materials resistant to these conditions. Another aspect is the required accuracy – for precise measurements, it is better to choose leads with low resistance. We encourage you to familiarize yourself with the parameters of our products.

Use and maintenance

Proper use and maintenance of test hoses are key to their durability. Regularly check the technical condition of elements, including insulation and connectors, and keep them clean. Storing them in a dry and cool place, away from heat sources, is important. Avoid twisting and bending at a sharp angle to prevent damage.

Pressure gauge hose

A pressure gauge hose is a specialized test hose used in power hydraulics for the precise connection of pressure gauges and control devices in pressure systems. Its task is to safely and tightly transmit pressure from the hydraulic system to the measuring instrument, which enables accurate diagnostics and control of system operating parameters.
