CETOP manifold blocks – precise control of hydraulic systems

In modern power hydraulic systems, reliability and modular design are of key importance. CETOP manifold blocks are the foundation of efficient control systems, enabling fast assembly of actuator components directly on subplates. Thanks to dimensional standardization in accordance with international norms, our blocks ensure full compatibility with a wide range of valves available in our offer.

When choosing the right solution, it is worth paying attention to specific connection standards. In our assortment, you will find advanced CETOP 3 NG 6 directional control valves, which are ideal for systems with lower flow rates where high switching frequency is required. In turn, for more demanding industrial applications, we offer heavy-duty CETOP 5 NG 10 directional control valves, characterized by increased flow capacity and resistance to high operating pressures.

Why choose our manifold blocks?

Investing in proven components guarantees long-term machine operation without downtime. Here are the key benefits:

  • Design standardization: Compliance with the CETOP standard allows for easy component replacement without the need to modify the entire hydraulic block.
  • Flow optimization: Precisely manufactured internal channels minimize pressure losses, which translates into higher energy efficiency of the system.
  • High tightness: The use of high-class sealing materials and precise machining of mounting surfaces guarantee no internal leaks.
  • Configuration flexibility: The modular design allows for series or parallel connection of sections, adapting the system to individual project needs.
  • Easy diagnostics: The availability of measurement points on the block body allows for quick monitoring of operating parameters.

Regardless of whether you are modernizing an existing system or building a new one, our safety valves work perfectly with manifold blocks, creating a complete and safe control system.

Technical specification and comparison of standards

The table below shows the differences in operating parameters for the most popular mounting standards, which will help in choosing the right component:

Parameter CETOP 3 (NG 6) CETOP 5 (NG 10)
Nominal flow up to 60-80 l/min up to 120-140 l/min
Operating pressure up to 350 bar up to 350 bar
Mounting bolts 4 x M5 4 x M6
Application Precision systems, proportional valves Higher power systems, mobile machinery

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

1. Are CETOP 3 directional control valves interchangeable with other manufacturers?

Yes, the CETOP (Comité Européen des Transmissions Oléohydrauliques et Pneumatiques) standard is normalized. This means that any valve or block manufactured according to the CETOP 3 (NG 6) standard will fit another manufacturer's subplate that meets the same standard.

2. What to look for when choosing a block for high pressures?

For systems operating constantly above 250 bar, pay attention to the block material (high-strength steel is recommended instead of aluminum) and the quality of seals (Viton/FKM O-rings if the operating medium is exposed to high temperatures).

3. How to correctly select the NG size for the flow in the system?

The selection of the nominal size (NG) should be based on the liquid flow velocity in the channels. A valve that is too small relative to the pump capacity will cause high pressure drops and oil heating. We recommend contacting our technical department to perform calculations for a specific flow.
