Double pipe clamps available in our offer are reliable fastening elements designed according to the DIN 3015 standard. Thanks to their design, they are ideal for industrial applications requiring stable and durable fastening of pipe lines. Made of high-quality materials, such as polypropylene, polyamide, rubber, and aluminum, they provide resistance to mechanical and thermal factors. The clamps are available in various sizes, matched to pipe diameters from 6 mm to 42 mm, making them suitable for both hydraulic and pneumatic installations. Depending on the material, the clamps are resistant to temperatures from -50°C to +300°C, as well as to the effects of oils, acids, and alkaline chemicals. Possible installation on welding plates, support rails, and in stacked systems, which allows for easy and quick adaptation to installation requirements. The ribbed internal design of the clamps effectively reduces vibrations and protects lines from damage.

Application of double pipe clamps

A complete clamp consists of the following elements : bottom welding plate (phosphated carbon steel), 2 green polypropylene bodies, top plate, 1 bolt (tin-plated carbon steel). Our range includes clamps in diameters from 6mm to 110mm. Installation of double clamps : Mounting the clamps to the structure is done by welding the clamp base, screwing, or mounting on a rail.
