Here are the steps to follow: Checking the oil level in the system – Make sure the hydraulic system is properly filled. Starting the cylinder – Turn on the hydraulic system and move the cylinder piston several times through its full stroke range. Air vents – If the cylinder is equipped with air vents, open them to allow air to escape from the chambers. Operational check – After bleeding, check the smoothness of the piston movement and the correct operation of the cylinder.
