Technical parameters of precision tubes 

These tubes are produced from E235+N steel, in accordance with EN 10305-4 and DIN 2391 standards. The production process involves precision forming and applying a galvanized coating, which protects against corrosion even in difficult operating conditions. Galvanization is Cr VI-free, which further emphasizes their ecological nature and compliance with modern industrial standards. Seamless hydraulic tubes made of refined steel according to DIN 2391 cold-drawn. Tubes available in versions: St 37.4, St 44.4, and 52.4. Tubes are available in outside diameters from 6 to 42 mm with various wall thicknesses.

Seamless precision tubes are available in a wide range of diameters – from 6 mm to 42 mm, with various wall thicknesses, which allows them to be adapted to the specific requirements of each project. As standard, we offer tubes in a length of 6 meters, however, for the flexibility of our customers, it is possible to purchase sections starting from one meter. This solution allows for cost optimization and precise adjustment of the order to needs.

Application of precision tubes 

Precision tubes are used in many fields. In power hydraulic systems, they play the role of rigid lines, which efficiently and safely transport hydraulic medium under high pressure. In industrial machines and specialized vehicles, they serve as reliable tubes for oil transfer, ensuring continuous operation and minimizing the risk of failure. Tubes are offered in lengths of 6m, 3m, 2m, or 1m. It is possible to cut tubes according to customer needs. We ship tubes with a maximum length of 2m by courier.
