We offer all types of ENERPAC high-pressure hoses up to 700 bar and a full range of couplers used for connecting hoses and other components such as hydraulic pumps, cylinders, etc. The hoses are used in the most demanding equipment using the highest pressures of 700 bar. We have both complete hoses which are equipped with fittings and couplers ( ready to connect the pump and peripheral device e.g. a cylinder. We also have hoses by the meter, which can be crimped independently on a crimping machine.

High-pressure ENERPAC hoses and couplers (700 bar / 10,000 PSI) 

The ENERPAC hoses and couplers category in the HYDRON online store (authorized distributor and service center for the Enerpac group brands) contains top-class pressure accessories designed for the safe and reliable connection of hydraulic pumps, cylinders, torque wrenches and presses with a working pressure of up to 700 bar (10,000 psi).

When working with 700 bar industrial tools, the hose and coupler represent a key element of operator safety. Enerpac components are designed with a 4:1 safety factor (burst pressure of min. 2800 bar), which guarantees full resistance to pressure shocks, abrasion and difficult conditions on construction sites and in production plants.

High-pressure ENERPAC hydraulic hoses

Depending on the nature of the work and the required flexibility, we offer factory-complete hoses with fittings and hoses by the meter:

H700 Series (700 bar thermoplastic hoses): Equipped with a double steel wire braid (2SN) covered with an external polyurethane (PU) shell, which provides maximum resistance to abrasion and cuts. They show extremely low volume expansion under pressure, which translates into immediate pressure build-up and high system efficiency. A crimped rubber/vinyl strain relief on both ends prevents excessive bending of the hose at the thread. Available in internal diameters DN06 (6,4 mm / 1/4") and DN10 (9,7 mm / 3/8") with 3/8" NPTF or 1/4" NPTF threads on both sides. Available in lengths of 0,6 m, 0,9 m, 1,8 m, 3,0 m, 6,1 m, 9,1 m up to 15 m.

H900 / HC900 Series (700 bar rubber hoses): Reduced "shape memory". Made of high-quality flexible rubber with double steel braid, compliant with the Material Handling Institute IJ-100 specification. Easy to unroll and lay on long working routes.

Specialized hoses: THQ / TXQ Series (For torque wrenches): Twin double 700 bar hoses in lengths of 2m, 6m and 12m with factory-fitted couplers, dedicated to work with hydraulic torque wrenches (e.g. series S6000X / W4000X) and ZU4 pumps.

Ultra-High Pressure Hoses (up to 3000 bar): DN04 thermoplastic hoses with press-crimped 9/16" UNF fittings for very high pressures.

Professional 700 bar hydraulic couplers

We offer all standard Enerpac coupler series adapted to diverse fluid flows and specific equipment requirements:

C Series / High-Flow (C604, CR400, CH604 – 35 l/min): Thread: 3/8" NPTF. Standardly mounted in most Enerpac cylinders and pumps. They are characterized by a very high flow (35 l/min at 700 bar), minimizing flow resistance and pressure drop.

Spee-D-Coupler Series (AR400, AH604 – 7,6 l/min): Thread: 3/8" NPTF. Intended for systems with medium load and smaller flow (e.g. for use with P392 / P80 hand pumps).

A Series / Compact (A630, AR630, AH630, AR650, AH650): Thread: 1/4" NPTF. Dedicated to small cylinders and compact hydraulic tools (flow 7,6 l/min at 700 bar or 17 l/min at 350 bar for the AR650/AH650 series).  F604 Flush-Face Series (Non-leak / Dry-break – 40 l/min): Flat-face couplers protecting the system against oil leakage during disconnection and against the entry of air bubbles and dirt into the installation. Dedicated to places with strict cleanliness requirements.

Protective accessories and bleeders

Dust caps and plugs: Plastic (e.g. CD411) and metal steel plugs (e.g. CD411M, CD415M, Z410, Z640) protecting CH604, AH630 plugs and CR400, AR400 sockets from contamination during transport.  CT604 bleeding tool: Specialized tool enabling safe, controlled and leak-free bleeding of valves in C-series couplers under residual pressure.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

What is the difference between a hose with the HC designation and an H hose?

Hoses with the H designation (e.g. H7206) have 3/8" NPTF external threads on both sides. Hoses with the HC designation (e.g. HC7206) have a 3/8" NPTF thread on one side and a factory-fitted CH604 coupler plug on the other (or a C604 set for the HC...B variant).

How to calculate the amount of oil needed to fill an Enerpac hose?

For thermoplastic hoses with an internal diameter of 6,4 mm (DN06), the oil capacity is approx. 32,2 cm³ for every 1 meter of length. When using very long hoses (e.g. 15 m), remember to top up the oil level in the pump reservoir after filling the system.

Does the C604 coupler fit the CR400 socket?

Yes. A complete C604 set consists of the CR400 socket and the CH604 plug. Both elements can also be ordered separately.
