Hydron high-pressure hose

The R15 6SH DN32 hydraulic hose is a high-pressure line designed to operate in demanding conditions. Thanks to the use of six steel braids, it is characterized by exceptional strength and resistance to extreme pressures. Adapted for use in hydraulic systems operating under heavy loads and in difficult operating conditions. Hose dedicated to hydraulic systems operating under high peak pressure, exposed to high loads and extreme working conditions.

Hose construction:

  • Inner layer: special synthetic rubber resistant to mineral, vegetable hydraulic oils and glycol

  • Reinforcement: 6 high-strength steel braids

  • Outer layer: special synthetic rubber resistant to hydraulic oils, abrasion and weather conditions

Technical data:

  • Inner hose diameter: Ø 32 mm = DN32 (1.1/4")

  • Intended use: hydraulic oil

  • Material: NBR (rubber)

  • Reinforcement type: 6SH – six steel braids

  • Working pressure: 420 bar

  • Temperature range: from -40°C to +100°C (temporarily up to +120°C)

  • Fitting attachment: crimping on a hydraulic press

  • Standards: SAE 100 R15, ISO 1307

  • Hose color: black
