Hoses with two steel braids ( 2SN ) are the most popular hoses used in power hydraulics. 2SN hoses are intended for all types of machinery and equipment in every industry using power hydraulics. Due to the fact that the working pressure of these types of hoses is high, they are called high-pressure hoses ( high pressure hoses ). The hoses have higher working and burst pressures than single-braid hoses. PREMIUM HDR hoses are among the best hoses available on the Polish market. The hoses have a quality certificate. 2SN type hoses can be crimped using 2SN crimping ferrules ( recommended ) or universal ferrules. Construction of hoses with two steel braids (2SN): Inner layer: Black synthetic rubber resistant to the action of oils and water. Reinforcement : Two braids of high-tensile steel wire. Outer layer: Black synthetic rubber resistant to abrasion, action of oils, weather conditions, and ozone.

Application of 2SN hoses:

Hydraulic hoses with two braids can be used for:

- hydraulic fluids in accordance with ISO 6743-4, with the exception of HFD R, HFD S, HFD T (from -40C to +100C),

- aqueous solutions (from -40°C to +70°C),

- water (from 0°C to +70°C),

- compressed air (from 0°C to +80°C).

Hoses are not intended for fluids containing castor oil and esters.
