Double-wire braid hydraulic hose 2SN compliant with EN 853 / SAE J517 100R2AT.

Double-wire braid hoses (2SN) are the most popular hoses used in power hydraulics. 2SN hoses are intended for all types of machines and equipment in every industry using power hydraulics. Because the operating pressure of these types of hoses is high, they are referred to as high-pressure hoses (high-pressure hoses). The hoses have higher operating and burst pressures than single-wire braid hoses. PREMIUM HDR hoses are some of the best hoses available on the Polish market. The hoses are valued by customers for their exceptionally high quality of workmanship and long service life. The hoses have a quality certificate. 2SN type hoses can be crimped using 2SN crimp ferrules (recommended) or universal ferrules. We also offer hoses with a smooth surface If you are looking for hoses with a higher operating pressure, we encourage you to familiarize yourself with 2SNK hoses (reinforced double-wire braid hoses) or hoses with four steel braids 4SP.

Construction of double-wire braid hoses (2SN):

Internal layer: Black synthetic rubber resistant to oil and water. Reinforcement : Two braids of high-strength steel wire. External layer: Black synthetic rubber resistant to abrasion, oil, atmospheric conditions, and ozone.

Application of 2SN hoses:

Double-wire braid hydraulic hoses can be used for:

- hydraulic fluids compliant with ISO 6743-4, except HFD R, HFD S, HFD T (-40C to +100C),

- water solutions (from -40°C to +70°C),

- water (from 0°C to +70°C),

- compressed air (from 0°C to +80°C).

Hoses are not intended for fluids containing castor oil and esters.
