High-pressure hydraulic hose with increased durability

The DN08 2SNK 420 BAR hydraulic hose is a line designed for intensive hydraulic applications where higher pressure resistance and extreme working conditions are required. Thanks to reinforcement with two high-strength steel braids, this hose is characterized by an operating pressure of up to 420 bar, which is a significant improvement compared to standard hydraulic hoses (which often withstand up to 350 bar).

Its design meets DIN EN 857 2SC and SAE 100 R16S standards, and it also offers higher pressure at reduced bending radii, making it an ideal solution in spaces requiring flexibility. The hose is made of synthetic rubber (NBR), resistant to various hydraulic fluids (HL, HLP, HLPD, HVLP, HFA, HFAS, HFB, HFC), ensuring reliability and longevity.

Resistant to abrasion and ozone, this hose will also perform well in difficult weather conditions and in places exposed to intensive use. The operating temperature range of the hose is from -40°C to +100°C, and it can operate briefly at temperatures up to 120°C, allowing for its wide application in various industrial sectors.

Impulse tested to 1,000,000 cycles according to the ISO 6803:2017 standard, this hose guarantees reliability and durability even in the most demanding hydraulic applications.
