Reinforced technical hose DN50X60 PVC 5bar 2"

Technical parameters:

  • Internal diameter: 50 mm (2")
  • Wall thickness: 5 mm
  • Reinforcement: reinforced with triple polyester yarn
  • Application: for air and water transport
  • Effective operation: at low and high temperatures (from -20°C to +60°C)
  • Pressure: 15/60 bar (critical/bursting pressure of approx. 4x working pressure)

Product description:

Reinforced technical hose manufactured from the highest quality soft PVC, reinforced with triple polyester yarn with textile reinforcement. Suitable for the flow of air, food substances, plant protection products and light chemicals under pressure.

Meets the standards of Directive 2007/19/EC for substances in sections A, B, C and UNI EN ISO 5774:2008.

Hose transparency allows for constant optical control of the flowing material, making it easy to notice any contamination. Pressure resistance depends on the temperature of the flowing liquid and the diameter of the hose.

Technical hoses are:

  • highly flexible
  • durable, resistant to light and oxygen
  • characterized by high abrasion resistance
  • self-extinguishing after removal from the flame source
  • chemically insensitive
  • resistant to oil and gasoline
  • resistant to hot water at non-pressure flow
  • suitable for sterilization
  • environmentally friendly (cadmium-free)
