Lever-operated hydraulic control valve 60 l/min
Hydraulic control valves with a flow of 60 l/min are advanced control units, designed to work in systems with increased performance requirements. These devices are used in forestry machinery, heavy construction equipment, and modern agricultural tractors. Their monoblock construction ensures excellent rigidity when working under high pressure, and the manual lever system allows the operator smooth and precise modulation of the actuator speed.
Characteristics and performance
The body made of durable spheroidal graphite cast iron allows for safe operation at working pressures up to 250 bar in working ports. The control valve has been optimized to minimize pressure drops, which translates to less heating of the hydraulic oil during intensive use. The device is fully compatible with a wide range of working media, including HLP and HVLP oils.
To maintain the full efficiency of the system, it is recommended to use professional return filters, which effectively capture contaminants generated by working spools. To ensure reliable and tight connections in a high-pressure installation, we recommend using high-class hydraulic nipples, which will ensure trouble-free system operation.
Why our control valves?
Our 60 l/min units stand out for their high spool operation culture and the possibility of easy configuration of working sections. Each block is equipped with a precise relief valve. In case of need to expand the system, our range includes pressure sleeves (HPCO), allowing the serial connection of subsequent control valves into one control bus.

FAQ – service and operation
1. Can the 60 l/min control valve be connected with other sections?
Yes, thanks to the use of a pressure sleeve (HPCO), it is possible to connect control valves in series, which allows for the expansion of the control system with additional sections.
2. What oil viscosity should be used?
The control valve is designed to work with hydraulic oils with a viscosity from 10 to 460 cSt. In case of operation at low temperatures, we recommend using HVLP type oils with a viscosity index ensuring smooth operation of the control valve.
3. Why is the relief valve important?
This valve provides direct protection for the hydraulic pump and the entire system against the effects of sudden pressure spikes, protecting against mechanical damage and system leakage.
