Differential bushings are specialized connecting elements used in power hydraulics that function as reduction fittings, allowing for a change in thread diameter in hydraulic connections. Thanks to them, it is possible to quickly and safely connect elements with different thread sizes, eliminating the need for additional adapters or system modifications. Differential bushings are made of high-quality free-cutting steel or stainless steel, which ensures excellent resistance to high pressure and external factors such as corrosion or extreme temperatures.

Construction of a differential bushing

A key feature of these elements is their design – one side of the bushing has a male thread (M) with an ED seal, while the other side is equipped with a female thread (F). The ED seal guarantees full tightness of the connection, eliminating the risk of leaks even in systems operating under high pressure. These bushings are designed to provide maximum durability and reliability in various hydraulic applications.
