Description
Semperit 4SP DN13 (1/2") 425 bar hydraulic hose – professional durability
The Semperit 4SP hydraulic hose is an advanced multi-spiral hose manufactured according to the DIN EN 856 standard. The DN13 (1/2") model has been developed for the most demanding power hydraulics installations, where resistance to very high working pressure of 425 bar and the ability to dampen sudden pressure spikes are crucial. It is a premium class product, ideal for construction machinery, agricultural equipment, and industrial devices operating in difficult conditions.
The hose construction uses four spiral high-tensile steel wire braids, ensuring exceptional stability under load. The inner layer of synthetic rubber guarantees compatibility with a wide range of hydraulic fluids (including HL, HLP, HLPD, HVLP, HFA, HFAS, HFB, HFC). The outer cover is MSHA approved, confirming its high resistance to abrasion and ozone. If you need proven components for hose assembly, check out our crimping ferrules for 4SP and 4SH hoses and professional hose fittings.
Application and benefits
The 4SP DN13 hose is indispensable in systems where standard braided hoses (1SN/2SN) do not provide an adequate safety margin. For self-assembly of hoses in service, we recommend taking advantage of our offer on industrial hose and pipe crimping machines.
- Extreme durability thanks to four spiral steel braids.
- Excellent performance in hydraulic systems with high flow dynamics.
- Resistance to external factors confirmed by MSHA certification.
- Stable operation at temperatures from -40°C to +100°C (briefly up to +120°C).
