Application in hydraulic pressure measurements

The DN02 measurement hose is used to make flexible connections between hydraulic installation measurement points and control instruments. The hose has a thermoplastic construction with a textile braid. The material indicated for the hose is polyester. The textile reinforcement serves as a layer transferring loads generated during operation under pressure. The construction differs from traditional rubber hydraulic hoses reinforced with steel braids, which is why it requires appropriately selected fittings and assembly technology.

The operating temperature is from -40°C to +100°C. During the exploitation of the hose, the temperature of the hydraulic oil, the pressure occurring in the system, and the conditions of the measurement line routing should be taken into account. The hose should not be exposed to excessive bending, twisting, or mechanical damage.
