SAMWAY C300 hose cutting saw

The SAMWAY C300 saw is the most popular machine for cutting all types of hydraulic hoses. A device essential in every workshop where hydraulic hoses are crimped. The cutter enables dust-free and fast cutting of all types of hoses. The device is equipped with a special opening (fume extraction) allowing for the connection of an extraction system (ventilation to the extraction grid). The presented portable hydraulic hose cutting device is the optimal choice for small and medium-sized crimping shops.

The cutter is suitable for both small and large workshops (cuts DN50 1SN and 2SN hoses, and cuts 4SP-four-wire spiral hoses up to DN32 diameter, i.e., 1 1/4"). The cutter is ready for operation: standard 16A 5-pin plug. The machine includes a special cutting disc in the set! We also offer more powerful cutters designed for production companies and large service centers (with a better protection class). We offer only original hydraulic hose cutting devices. We have all spare parts for our machines (smooth or serrated cutting discs). Importantly, the discs used in our cutters are standard discs used worldwide. Recently, counterfeit machines (cheaper equivalents) have appeared on the market using non-standard (and thus hard-to-find and very expensive) discs! Apparent savings can end in a headache. It is worth remembering this when choosing a cutter!

What does hose cutting on the machine look like?

The hose we want to cut is positioned perpendicular to the cutting disc, then the width of the supports is adjusted (depending on the size of the hose, the supports are set closer or further apart). The supports help when cutting hoses-they position the hose at an angle, so the disc does not overheat, and the cut is very fast and simple. After setting the hose, turn on the cutter and press the arm with the lever towards the cutting disc.

Types of hoses that can be cut on the C300 model

The C300 cutter is a universal tool for cutting all types of hoses, enabling precise and safe cutting of all types of hoses, including:

• 1SN and 2SN hydraulic hoses – standard hoses with one or two steel braids, used in most hydraulic systems.
• 4SP and 4SH hoses – high-pressure hoses with four steel wire spirals, used in the most demanding applications.
• Thermoplastic and PTFE hoses – hoses for specialized applications, characterized by high resistance to chemicals and temperature.

Thanks to the use of modern serrated blades, the cutter ensures a clean and precise cut without the risk of damaging the protective layers or steel braids. The device is equipped with an efficient motor that allows for cutting even the toughest hoses with large diameters.
