The SAMWAY C300 saw is the most popular machine for cutting all types of hydraulic hoses. An essential device in every workshop where hydraulic hoses are crimped. The cutter allows for dust-free and fast cutting of all types of hoses. The device is equipped with a special opening (exhaust outlet) allowing for the connection of an extractor (ventilation to the extraction grid). The presented portable hydraulic hose cutting device is the optimal choice for small and medium crimping shops.

The cutter is suitable for both small and large workshops (it cuts DN50 1SN and 2SN hoses, 4SP-four-wire hoses up to DN32 diameter, i.e., 1 1/4"). Ready to work: standard 16A 5-pin plug. Importantly, the blades used in our cutters are standard blades used worldwide. Recently, counterfeit machines (cheaper equivalents) have appeared on the market, using non-standard (and thus difficult to obtain and very expensive) blades! Apparent savings can end in a headache. It's worth remembering this when choosing a cutter!

What does hose cutting on the cutter look like?

Place the hose you want to cut perpendicular to the cutting blade, then set the width of the supports (depending on the size of the hose, the supports are placed closer or further away). The supports help when cutting hoses – they position the hose at an angle, so the blade does not overheat, and the cut is very fast and simple. After positioning the hose, turn on the cutter and press the arm with the lever towards the cutting blade.

Types of hoses that can be cut on the C300 model

The C300 cutter is a universal tool for cutting all types of hoses, allowing for precise and safe cutting of all hose types, including:

• 1SN and 2SN hydraulic hoses – standard hoses with one or two steel braids, used in most hydraulic systems.
• 4SP and 4SH hoses – high-pressure hoses with four steel braids, used in the most demanding applications.
• Thermoplastic and PTFE hoses – hoses for specialized applications, characterized by high resistance to chemicals and temperature.
