The following category includes crimping dies for P20Q, P20AP, P20HP machines ( crimpers ). Crimping dies for the aforementioned models are characterized by a specific outer diameter of 84mm ( dies arranged on the table have an outer diameter of approximately 84mm ) We also offer dies with an outer diameter of 99mm ( dies for P32Q ). Our offer includes all available sizes of crimping dies. from 4mm to 54mm. We are able to produce dies of any diameter - perfectly tailored to your needs. Dies are sold exclusively in sets - one set consists of 8 segments ( numbered from 1 to 8 ). The segments, as the dies are commonly called, undergo heat treatment, making them appropriately hardened and thus protected against damage / deformation. Dies are manufactured from high-grade steel, which is then cut on an EDM machine. Dies are replaceable segments that are attached to the main jaws of the crimping machine. Dies are changed as needed - dies are selected according to the hydraulic hose crimping table. Each machine sold by us includes crimping dies in the set ( depending on the model, from 9 to 13 sets ).
