The 32 mm die is designed for SAMWAY P20HP crimping machines and P20AP is responsible for the correct transfer of the crimping force to the hydraulic hose sleeve. It is a working element of the crimping head that directly affects the accuracy and repeatability of the hoses being produced. The 32 mm size is used when crimping specific combinations of hydraulic hoses and sleeves. Maintaining the correct die size is crucial for obtaining the correct dimension after crimping and ensuring the tightness of the finished hose.

In workshops producing a large number of hoses, dies are parts subject to natural wear and tear. Visible signs of wear on the working surface, uneven crimping, or a deterioration in the quality of the hoses produced may indicate the need to replace the component.
