Mobile hose crimpers  

Manual crimpers are simple to operate, do not require any power supply and are very mobile, so we can crimp hoses in the field. Importantly, the low weight allows us to crimp lines directly on the machine without the need for long-term hose disassembly. The best example of a mobile crimper is model P16HPZ, which is very mobile - the head itself is equipped with a handle for easy carrying, the head is connected to the hydraulic pump via a hydraulic hose - it is the most mobile, compact crimper model available on the market. In the case of the P16HPZ, the dimensions have been specially limited so that it can best serve in the field ( hose crimping in the field )

• small crimpers :  Manual crimper P16HP: designed for hoses with an internal diameter of up to 1" (DN25) with three steel braids. The crimping range is from 10 to 45 mm.
• medium crimpers : Manual crimper P18HP: allows crimping hoses up to DN25 4SP diameter. The head opens to 60 mm, which allows for crimping larger elbow fittings.
• large manual crimpers :  Manual crimper P20HP: the largest manual crimper model, crimps hoses with a maximum internal diameter of DN40 (1.1/2") in the version with two 2SN steel braids.

Mobile crimper P16HP up to 1″

The most frequently sold model is the P16HP press enabling crimping hydraulic hoses with a diameter of up to 1″ ( DN25mm inside the hose ) Due to its dimensions, this model is perfect for repairing hoses directly on the machine ( no need to pull the hose out of the machine ) The crimper is very light ( weighs only 30kg ) and comfortable to use. The P16HP press set includes 8 sets of dies. The smallest dies have a diameter of 10mm, which allows for crimping very small hoses ( DN05 and smaller ) The press enables crimping brake lines and power steering lines.
