Cutting ring for 05LL tube (16-3)
Cutting ring designed for screw connections on steel tubes with an outer diameter of 5 mm in the very light series (05LL / 16-3), manufactured according to DIN 2353. This element is responsible for cutting into the tube wall edge while tightening the nut, ensuring a secure, durable, and leak-proof connection in hydraulic and pneumatic systems with lower operating pressure.
The DIN 2353 screw fitting system is divided into three load series: LL (very light), L (light), and S (heavy). The table below presents a detailed comparison of the permissible nominal pressures for individual series and the outer diameters of the tubes used.
