Opis

ENERPAC PATG1102N 700 bar air-hydraulic pump

The ENERPAC PATG1102N is a Turbo II series air-hydraulic pump designed to power single-acting hydraulic cylinders and tools. The device generates hydraulic pressure up to 700 bar, using compressed air as its power source. Control is achieved via a foot-or hand-operated pedal that works with a 3-way, 3-position valve. The pump offers an oil flow of 1.0 l/min at no load and 0.16 l/min at rated pressure. The Air Saver piston design limits compressed air consumption and enables the pump to be used in assembly, service, and industrial workstations.

Application and technical characteristics

The ENERPAC PATG1102N pump is designed for use with single-acting hydraulic systems. It can power cylinders, assembly tools, and simple clamping systems where generating high oil pressure using a compressed air installation is required. The Turbo II series is primarily used in low and medium cycle frequency work applications.

The maximum hydraulic pressure is 700 bar. Pump performance varies depending on the load: at no load, oil flow reaches 1.0 l/min, while at rated pressure, it is 0.16 l/min. These parameters should be considered when selecting a pump for the cylinder's operating capacity and the required extension speed.

The pump features a 3-way, 3-position valve with advance, hold, and retract functions. The pedal allows for manual or foot control. This solution enables the operator to control cylinder movement without the need for a separate electric power system.

The construction utilizes a cast aluminum air motor and an Air Saver piston, which is designed to limit compressed air consumption. The pump also features an internal safety relief valve protecting the system from overload. According to the product specification, air consumption is 340 l/min, and the noise level is 76 dBA.

The PATG1102N model is equipped with an oil reservoir, and its weight is 8.2 kg. The product data sheet specifies the reservoir capacity and usable oil capacity at 2081 cm3. The N-version hydraulic connection features a 3/8" NPTF thread. When connecting the pump, use hoses and couplings suitable for the required operating pressure and compliant with the connection standard.

Why choose the ENERPAC PATG1102N pump?

  • Maximum hydraulic pressure of 700 bar to power high-pressure tools.
  • Manual or foot control via a pedal.
  • 3-way, 3-position valve for operating single-acting cylinders.
  • Oil flow of 1.0 l/min at no load and 0.16 l/min at 700 bar pressure.
  • Air Saver piston limiting compressed air consumption.
  • Cast aluminum air motor and internal safety relief valve.
  • Ability to work without an electric pump drive, using a compressed air installation.
