The crimping machine has a set of 8 interchangeable dies that allow for the crimping of hydraulic hoses in the internal diameter range from DN06 – DN25. Under the crimping machine there is a useful drawer for dies. The press has detailed instructions for die selection. The pneumatic crimping machine is an ideal solution for small workshops and individuals providing mobile hydraulic service ( simply connect to a compressor with 4.5bar pressure, a standard supermarket compressor is sufficient ) How to crimp on this machine ? simply press the button on the pump to start crimping, the button in the opposite direction for the dies to open. Important information 

It is not recommended to crimp stainless steel fittings ( very hard material ) - when crimping large stainless steel fittings and sleeves, seals, springs inside the head, and the pump can wear out very quickly. For stainless steel fittings, we recommend a larger and stronger P20HP hose press or P20AP pneumatic crimping machine
