ORFS 1" plug / cap with internal thread is a hydraulic component designed for capping hydraulic hose ends equipped with a compatible CAT (AORFS) external thread. The product consists of a nut with an internal thread and a special cone placed inside the nut. This construction allows for closing a properly matched hydraulic hose termination.

The cap is made of galvanized free-cutting steel. It has an ORFS 1" internal thread, and the dimension measured with a caliper inside the nut ranges from 23.4 to 23.7 mm. The plug is used to close appropriate CAT (AORFS) ends used on hydraulic lines.

Application of ORFS 1" cap in power hydraulics
