The UNF DKJ 7/16" plug is a high-quality hydraulic component, designed for safe and durable blanking of fittings with a UNF external thread, most commonly found in systems with AGJ fittings. Used in power hydraulics, it finds application in many industries – from heavy industry and agriculture to transport and construction.
The product is made of durable free-cutting steel, which guarantees not only resistance to high working pressure (up to 450 bar), but also long-term use without the risk of deformation or cracking. The external galvanic coating in white passivation provides effective protection against corrosion, making the plug suitable even for work in environments exposed to moisture, dirt, or variable weather conditions.
Compliance with the international ISO 8434-2 (JIC 37°) standard confirms that the plug meets rigorous requirements for tightness, manufacturing accuracy, and safety. Its design based on the 37° JIC cone connection allows for fast and secure installation without the need for additional seals.
