The M-FLEX SANDBLAST hose is a highly flexible and durable hose designed for sandblasting and cleaning metal, stone, and concrete surfaces. It is an ideal solution for demanding industrial applications where abrasion resistance and high material strength are important. Thanks to the use of modern technologies and materials, the hose ensures reliable functionality, even in difficult working conditions.

Hose characteristics:

Inner layer: Natural rubber, which is abrasion-resistant and simultaneously antistatic, eliminating the risk of electrostatic discharges. The smooth inner surface of the hose ensures the free flow of bulk materials, minimizing friction and flow resistance. Abrasion resistance < 60 mm3, confirming its long-term durability.
Reinforcement: The hose features two textile braids, which provide an additional layer of protection and strength. These braids increase the hose's resistance to mechanical damage, ensuring high stability even in difficult working conditions. Additionally, the hose is equipped with a special pin-pricked surface, which prevents excessive moisture accumulation and improves hose flexibility.
Outer layer: Made of a mixture of natural and synthetic rubber, which exhibits excellent resistance to abrasion, ozone, weather conditions, and provides adequate protection against high temperatures and UV radiation. Additionally, the material is flame-retardant, ensuring safety during work in difficult conditions, e.g., in the presence of high-temperature heat sources.
Temperature range: The hose can operate in a wide temperature range from -35°C to +80°C, making it suitable for use in various climatic and environmental conditions. Thanks to its construction, the hose is resistant to temperature changes, allowing for its effective use in a wide range of applications.
Working pressure: The M-FLEX SANDBLAST hose withstands working pressure up to 12 bar, allowing for its use in systems requiring medium pressure. Thanks to its high strength, the hose is able to meet the intense demands associated with processing bulk materials such as sand or gravel.
