It is characterized by high abrasion resistance, which ensures long life and reliability in difficult working conditions. Thanks to its solid construction, it is resistant to mechanical damage and high pressure. Its flexibility facilitates installation and use, making it an ideal choice for industrial, workshop and construction applications.

Semperit SM1 DN20 12 bar sandblasting machine hose is a specialized hose designed for working with abrasive materials, where standard solutions wear out quickly. Thanks to its construction resistant to intense friction and stable operation at working pressure, it performs well in sandblasting, grit blasting and surface cleaning installations. A properly selected DN20 diameter ensures a smooth flow of the medium, which directly translates into the efficiency of the entire process and limitation of pressure losses. In practice, the sandblasting machine hose works with installation elements such as hydraulic hoses or hydraulic fittings, creating a coherent and efficient working system. A key feature of this model is high abrasion resistance, which significantly extends its lifespan even with intensive exploitation in difficult industrial conditions. Selecting the appropriate sandblasting hose is of great importance for safety and work efficiency. Using the wrong hose can lead to rapid wear, efficiency drops and downtime. Application of the sandblasting hose

Purpose: Hose for sandblasting, grit blasting and transport of abrasive materials.
Resistance: The inner layer is exceptionally resistant to abrasion (36 mm³ according to DIN 53516:1987).
Safety: The hose prevents the occurrence of electrostatic shocks, ensuring safe work.
