Straight ED BSP 1/2" / M16x1.5 connector is a hydraulic adapter designed for connecting lines with equipment bodies. It has two male threads: inch BSP 1/2" and metric M16x1.5. On the body side, an ED rubber seal is used. The metric side uses a self-sealing 24° clamping cone. The connector is made of galvanized free-cutting steel.

Application and technical characteristics

The BSP 1/2" / M16x1.5 adapter allows connecting a hydraulic line to a pump body, actuator, manifold, or other installation element. The BSP 1/2" thread is screwed into the device body, and the ED seal ensures the tightness of the connection. The M16x1.5 metric side is intended for attaching a hose, elbow, or compatible fitting.

Sealing on the hose side occurs during the tightening of the mating 24° conical surfaces. The adapter is used in the hydraulics of agricultural, orchard, forestry, construction, and industrial machinery. The working medium is hydraulic oil.
