Threaded plug with seal for hydraulic systems

The VSTI M48X2 ED threaded plug is a solid component designed for plugging threaded holes in hydraulic systems. Used in industry, construction, agriculture, and other sectors where secure and durable thread closure is required. Made of high-quality free-cutting steel and zinc-plated with white passivation, it ensures corrosion resistance and long-term reliability in demanding operating conditions.

  • Manufactured in accordance with DIN 2353 (PN-EN ISO 8434-1) and PN-65 M73124 standards
  • Suitable for plugging threads in pumps, control valves, cylinders, and hydraulic tanks
  • Design with metric thread and ED elastomer seal, ensuring a tight connection
  • High resistance to working pressure up to 160 bar
  • Equipped with a hex socket, enabling easy assembly and disassembly
