Straight Connector / Adapter BSP 1" / M30x2 22L

The BSP 1" / M30x2 22L straight connector is a hydraulic adapter designed for making connections between components equipped with inch and metric threads. It has two external threads: BSP 1" and M30x2. The metric connection is made in the 22L light series with a 24° compression cone. The connector body is made of galvanized free-cutting steel. The product is used in hydraulic power systems using hydraulic oil.

Application and technical characteristics

The BSP 1" / M30x2 22L hydraulic adapter allows for connecting compatible system components with different threading systems. One side has an external BSP 1" inch thread, while the other has an external M30x2 metric thread. The straight design allows for connecting components in a single axis.

The metric side features a 24° compression cone in size 22L, corresponding to the light series. During assembly, the threads and sealing surfaces of the mating components must be matched. Simply matching the thread diameter is not sufficient to confirm the compatibility of the entire hydraulic connection.

The connector joins two different threading systems. The BSP 1" thread is on the inch side, while the M30x2 is on the metric side.
