The straight connector BSP 1" / M36x2 28L with ED washer is a hydraulic fitting designed for making tight connections between lines and the bodies of hydraulic equipment. It features two external threads: inch BSP 1" and metric M36x2. The inch side is equipped with an ED rubber seal, while the metric side utilizes a 24° compression cone. The connection is made in the 28L light series. The free-cutting steel body is protected by a zinc coating.
Application and technical characteristics
The BSP 1" / M36x2 28L ED adapter is used to connect a hydraulic line to the body of a pump, cylinder, control valve, or other compatible device. The BSP 1" external thread is designed to be screwed into a properly prepared body port. The ED seal ensures the tightness of this connection by pressing against the sealing surface.
On the opposite side, there is an M36x2 external thread with a 24° cone connection in the 28L light version. It allows for the attachment of a hydraulic hose, an elbow, or a suitably selected connector. Sealing occurs during the tightening of the mating conical surfaces. The connection is intended for installations using hydraulic oil.

The adapter utilizes two sealing solutions. On the BSP 1" thread side, there is an ED rubber seal designed to work with the corresponding body surface. On the metric M36x2 side, a 24° compression cone is used, which achieves tightness after a compatible connection is tightened.
