BSP 1/2" / M22x1.5 15L straight fitting is a universal hydraulic connector allowing for the connection of installation components with inch and metric threads. It stands out with a larger body hexagon, which increases application possibilities when making hydraulic connections. It has two external threads: BSP 1/2" and M22x1.5. The metric connection is made in the 15L light version with a 24° compression cone. The body is manufactured from galvanized free-cutting steel.

Application and technical characteristics

The BSP 1/2" / M22x1.5 15L connector is used when connecting hydraulic hoses to the bodies of pumps, actuators, directional control valves, and other components of hydraulic systems. It can also be used as a fitting for connecting appropriately selected hoses. Thanks to the larger body hexagon, it is a variant designed for various mounting configurations.

The inch side has a BSP 1/2" external thread and a conical surface allowing cooperation with the appropriate connection. The other side is equipped with an M22x1.5 external thread and a 24° compression cone in the 15L light version. Sealing of the conical connection occurs when tightening compatible elements, without the need for additional seals in this place.
