Two-braid hydraulic hose 2SN compliant with EN 853 / SAE J517 100R2AT.

Hoses with two steel braids (2SN) are the most popular hoses used in power hydraulics. 2SN hoses are intended for all types of machines and equipment in every industry using power hydraulics. Due to the high working pressure of this type of hose, they are called high-pressure hoses. These hoses have higher working and burst pressures than single-braid hoses. PREMIUM HDR hoses are among the best hoses available on the Polish market. The hoses are valued by customers due to their extremely high manufacturing quality and long service life. The hoses are quality certified. 2SN type hoses can be crimped using 2SN crimp ferrules (recommended) or universal ferrules. We also offer hoses with a smooth surface If you are looking for hoses with higher working pressure, we encourage you to familiarize yourself with 2SNK hoses (reinforced two-braid hoses) or four steel braid 4SP hoses.

Construction of hoses with two steel braids (2SN):

Inner layer: Black synthetic rubber resistant to oil and water. Reinforcement : Two braids of high-strength steel wire. Outer layer: Black synthetic rubber resistant to abrasion, oils, weather conditions, and ozone.

Application of 2SN hoses:

Two-braid hydraulic hoses can be used for:

- hydraulic fluids compliant with ISO 6743-4, except for HFD R, HFD S, HFD T (from -40C to +100C),

- aqueous solutions (from -40°C to +70°C),

- water (from 0°C to +70°C),

- compressed air (from 0°C to +80°C).

The hoses are not intended for fluids containing castor oil and esters.
