Double-braid 2SN hydraulic hose compliant with EN 853 / SAE J517 100R2AT.

Hoses with two steel braids ( 2SN ) are the most popular hoses used in power hydraulics. 2SN hoses are intended for all types of machines and equipment in every industry utilizing power hydraulics. Due to the fact that the working pressure of this type of hose is high, they are referred to as high-pressure hoses ( high pressure hoses ). The hoses have higher working and burst pressures than single-braid hoses. SEMPERIT hoses are among the best hoses available on the Polish market. These hoses are valued by customers for their extremely high quality and long service life. The hoses have a quality certificate. 2SN type hoses can be crimped using 2SN ferrules ( recommended ) or universal ferrules. Application of 2SN hoses:

Double-braid hydraulic hoses can be used for:

hydraulic fluids compliant with ISO 6743-4, with the exception of HFD R, HFD S, HFD T (from -40C to +100C),
aqueous solutions (from -40°C to +70°C),
water (from 0°C to +70°C),
compressed air (from 0°C to +80°C).
