SEMPERIT 1SN DN10 ( 3/8" ) hydraulic hose

SEMPERIT single-braid hydraulic hose (1SN) reinforced with one wire braid inside the hose. One of the best hoses available on the Polish market. The hose has a quality certificate. The hose can be used in all branches and sectors of industry. The hoses exceed the EN853 1SN standard, meet the ISO 18752 BC standard, impulse 500,000 cycles. 1SN hoses have a smaller bending radius and are more flexible than 2SN hoses. The hose consists of an inner tube made of oil-resistant synthetic rubber, reinforcement of one steel wire braid, and a durable outer cover made of synthetic rubber, which is oil and weather resistant. The 1SN hose can be replaced by a hose with two steel braids (higher pressure resistance). For crimping single-braid hoses, we recommend 1SN crimp ferrules dedicated to it or universal ferrules. The 1SN hose is a hose with a wrapped surface; we also offer hydraulic hoses with a smooth surface.

Construction of a single-braid hose :

Reinforcement : One high-tensile steel wire braid.
Outer layer : Black synthetic rubber resistant to abrasion, oil, weather conditions and ozone.
Application of 1SN hoses :

Hydraulic hoses with one steel braid can be used for:

hydraulic fluids according to ISO 6743-4, except HFD R, HFD S, HFD T (from -40C to +100C),
water solutions (from -40°C to +70°C),
water (from 0°C to +70°C),
compressed air (from 0°C to +80°C).
hoses are not intended for fluids containing castor oil and esters.
