Description

Hydraulic hose 1SN DN20 ( 3/4" )

Download the PREMIUM HDR 1SN hose datasheet

Single-braid hydraulic hose (1SN) PREMIUM HDR reinforced with one wire braid inside the hose. One of the best hoses available on the Polish market. The hose has a quality certificate. The hose can be used in all branches and fields of industry. The hoses exceed the EN853 1SN standard, meet the ISO 18752 BC standard, impulse 500,000 cycles. 1SN hoses have a smaller bending radius and are more flexible than 2SN hoses. The hose consists of an inner tube made of oil-resistant synthetic rubber, a reinforcement made of one steel braid, and a durable outer cover made of synthetic rubber, which is oil-resistant and weather-resistant. The 1SN hose can be replaced by a hose with two steel braids ( higher pressure resistance ). For crimping single-braid hoses, we recommend 1SN crimp ferrules, dedicated to it or universal ferrules. The 1SN hose is a hose whose surface is wrapped, we also offer hydraulic hoses with a smooth surface.

Hose technical data :

Hose inner diameter - 19.1mm ( fi19.1mm ) meaning 3/4" inch Hose outer diameter : 26.8mm Working pressure : 105 bar / 10.5 MPa Burst pressure : 420 bar / 42 MPa Minimum bending radius : 220mm / 8.66 inches Hose color : black Hose weight : 0.56 kg/m Hose operating temperature : from -40°C to +100°C; briefly up to +125°C Manufacturing standards for 1SN hoses : EN 853 / SAE J517 100R1AT

Single-braid hose construction :

Inner layer : Black synthetic rubber resistant to the effects of oil and water. Reinforcement : One high-tensile steel wire braid. Outer layer : Black synthetic rubber resistant to abrasion, oils, weather conditions, and ozone.

Application of 1SN hoses :

Hydraulic hoses with one steel braid can be used for:

hydraulic fluids compliant with ISO 6743-4, except HFD R, HFD S, HFD T (from -40C to +100C), aqueous solutions (from -40°C to +70°C), water (from 0°C to +70°C), compressed air (from 0°C to +80°C). hoses are not intended for fluids containing castor oil and esters.

The hose has a QUALITY CERTIFICATE !

The hose comes in original bundles/rolls of 50m (less can be ordered)

Hoses cut to the customer's request for any quantity (cut hoses are not returnable) returns are only possible for full rolls - price per 1 m.
