Single-braid (1SN) PREMIUM HDR hydraulic hose reinforced with one wire braid inside the hose. One of the best hoses available on the Polish market. The hose has a quality certificate. The hose can be used in all branches and sectors of industry. The hoses exceed the EN853 1SN standard, meet the ISO 18752 BC standard, impulse 500000 cycles. 1SN hoses have a smaller bending radius and are more flexible than 2SN hoses. The hose consists of an inner tube made of oil-resistant synthetic rubber, a reinforcement of one steel braid, and a durable outer cover made of synthetic rubber, which is oil-resistant and weather-resistant. The 1SN hose can be replaced by a hose with two steel braids ( higher pressure resistance ). For crimping single-braid hoses, we recommend 1SN ferrules, dedicated to it or universal ferrules. The 1SN hose is a hose whose surface is wrapped; we also offer hydraulic hoses with a smooth surface.

Application of 1SN hoses :

Hydraulic hoses with one steel braid can be used for:

hydraulic fluids compliant with ISO 6743-4, except for HFD R, HFD S, HFD T (from -40C to +100C),
aqueous solutions (from -40°C to +70°C),
water (from 0°C to +70°C),
compressed air (from 0°C to +80°C).
hoses are not intended for fluids containing castor oil and esters.

Appropriate selection of the DN25 diameter directly affects the efficiency of the entire installation, which is why it is so important to match the hose to the flow and pressure parameters.
