Hydraulic hose 1SN DN63 (2 1/2")

Premium hose with quality certificate

Single-braid hydraulic hose (1SN) PREMIUM HDR reinforced with one steel wire braid inside the hose. One of the best hoses available on the market. The hose is quality certified. The hose can be used in all branches and sectors of industry. Hoses exceed the EN853 1SN standard, meet the ISO 18752 BC standard, impulse 500,000 cycles. 1SN hoses have a smaller bending radius and are more flexible than 2SN hoses. The hose consists of an inner tube of oil-resistant synthetic rubber, reinforcement of one steel braid, and a durable outer cover made of synthetic rubber, which is oil and weather resistant. The 1SN hose can be replaced by a hose with two steel braids ( higher pressure resistance ). For crimping single-braid hoses, we recommend 1SN crimp ferrules, dedicated to it or universal ferrules. The 1SN hose is a hose whose surface is wrapped; we also offer hydraulic hoses with a smooth surface.
