Straight connector MM BSP 3/4" / M22x1.5 16L is a power hydraulics fastening element designed for making inch-metric connections. It has two external threads: BSP 3/4" and M22x1.5. The metric side is equipped with an unusual 16L cone with a 24° clamping angle. The connector is made of galvanized free-cutting steel. The product is used in hydraulic systems using hydraulic oil, especially where a 16L version connection is required.

Application and technical characteristics

The BSP 3/4" / M22x1.5 16L fitting allows for a simple connection between compatible hydraulic installation elements. The MM construction means two external threads. The inch side has a BSP 3/4" thread, while the metric side has an M22x1.5 thread with a 24° clamping cone in the 16L variant.

The connector is used in the hydraulics of agricultural, orchard, forestry, construction machinery and industrial equipment. Made of free-cutting steel with a zinc coating, it provides protection for the body surface. During assembly, check the compatibility of the threads and the geometry of the mating sealing surfaces.

If you are looking for the more popular variant with a 15L cone, check the BSP 3/4" / M22x1.5 15L ED connector / fitting. 15L and 16L connections should not be treated as automatically interchangeable. Despite having the same M22x1.5 thread designation, they differ in cone size. The indicated 15L ED variant additionally features an ED seal.
