Manual press for crimping air conditioning hoses 

The A/C crimper allows for crimping fittings on car air conditioning hoses using a manual hydraulic pump. Thanks to this, the operation is performed easily, quickly, and precisely. The model presented here, with a built-in manual pump, is the most popular model of air conditioning hose crimper. 

Special open head

A special open head allows for crimping elbow fittings and bent tubes that would not fit into a standard hydraulic hose crimper. The head is made of aluminum. Excellent for field use. Everything is packed in a handy carrying case with dimensions of 23cmx17cmx13cm

7 sets of crimping jaws 

The crimper features 7 sets of crimping dies designed for typical air conditioning hoses (thin-walled and thick-walled). Adapted for sizes #6 (5/16"), #8 (13/32"),#10 (1/2") and #12 (5/8") as well as 3 intermediate sizes (usually found in Japanese cars). The crimper allows for crimping hoses with internal diameters of DN08, DN10, DN13, DN16 - it crimps both thin-walled and thick-walled hoses.

A crimper essential in every professional workshop dealing with the repair of air conditioning lines. Along with the crimper, we provide detailed hose crimping instructions. The manual explains which jaws should be selected for a specific hose size. Included are 7 sizes of color-coded jaws - each color corresponds to a specific hose size. Please remember that this crimper is designed for air conditioning lines - it cannot be used for crimping hydraulic hoses > steel manual crimpers are designed for that.

The set includes:

• crimper with a manual hydraulic pump
• crimping jaws / dies for hoses: #6 (internal 8mm = 5/16"), #8 (10mm = 13/32"),#10 (13mm = 1/2") and #12 (16mm = 5/8")
